These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and FilmFeed ("we", "us") governing your use of the FilmFeed mobile app (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must meet the minimum age required by your jurisdiction and by the app stores to create an account, and you must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from Account → Account Management → Delete account, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App lets you post content such as ratings, reviews, comments, list names, a display name and a profile photo ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute it within the App so the service can function. You are solely responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to post it.
There is no tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or illegal content or behaviour on FilmFeed. You agree not to post content, or behave in a way, that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, defamatory, or that infringes others' rights, and not to spam, impersonate others, or harass other users. Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms and describe what is and isn't allowed.
The App provides tools to report content or users and to block any user. We review reports and may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content promptly, and we will remove offending content and eject repeat or serious offenders.
Movie information and images are provided by third parties, including The Movie Database (TMDB) and OMDb. This product uses these APIs but is not endorsed or certified by them.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from other users' content.
We may update these Terms or the App from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
